Matt Cutts: Try something new for 30 days
Summary
30 days is just about the right amount of time to add a new habit or subtract a habit. Even though one month is flying by so fast you can remember something that has happened and you will be able to have confidence day by day.
It's okay that there are new small challenges because it's difficult to stick and continue for the big challenges.
The next 30 days are going to pass whether you do it or not.
If you really want something badly enough, you can do anything for 30 days.
