Hope invites

TED
Tsutomu Uematsu: Hope invites
Summary
The speaker has believed a phrase: "Hope invites" since he was little and still now. His mother told him that. He has become doing his dream work which he's loved airplane and rockets since he was a child. It's because he continues to believe its meaning that it will come true if you are hoping for it.
However, he had given up on it many times. People around him told him, ʺIt's impossible, anyway.ʺ Even teachers told him that: "It's impossible. You can't do it." He had questions what a dream was and it's wrong to pursue what people couldn't do that time, as a dream. He thought that for people, just a stable company was a good one where they might not use their skills.
He realized that people who wouldn't make anything new, told him that. They who have never tried something, made the judgment. The dream should be to pursue what people can't do now. Something that people can get money without difficulty is not dream. People all were born without the knowledge of giving up. Probably, when they heard the phrase: ʺIt's impossible, anyway," they start to give up but it'd take away their confidence also.
He decided to eliminate it. It'll lead to solving other world problems. If the person says or hears  ʺThat's impossible,ʺ give them one phrase,: "Try this way instead, and there is something to do for you definitely. This is the better phrase that helps and cheers you.
It won't be wrong to fail, run away, and not to be able to do anything perfectly. Being incomplete is much better than doing nothing or not being able to do anything. Don't blame yourself and give up on your dream.  Continue to believe your dream. Hope invites and use the phrase: "Try this way instead," each other.
How wonderful it would be, if everyone's dream will come true. You can do it because there's a meaning in this encounter.
