Confessions of a depressed comic

TED
Kevin Breel: Confessions of a depressed comic
Summary
The speaker Kevin Breel doesn't look like depressed, but he is struggling intensely with depression. In his life, it seemes that there are two people. One who he is everyone else sees.  Another who he is, is that only he sees and struggling with depression.
It's hidden for six years because many people don't know about depression well, it's not happy. It's not seen on social media and not discussed also.
However, he resized that it should be changed by everyone and him. Fighting together with them is one of the solution. We're the equal human who are not perfect, but we can believe in others and ourselves. And then, we can be ourselves who we are. We have to accept ourselves and understand each other. Don't avoid these problems. People have the power that they believe. We have to be grateful to be alive.
