It means that stress doesn't beccome harmful for your health and it can help you. You don't think that stress is harmful for your health but you think that stress is preparing you to meet some challenges to help you.
It's because your stress response has a built-in mechanism for stress resilience and stress makes you social. It relates a hormone oxytocin. It works that you recover faster from stress. If you choose to connect with others under stress, you can create more resilience.
You can use those ways and you will handle the challenges of your life more without being alone.
