How to start a movement

TED
Derek Sivers: How to start a movement
Summary
A leader has the guts to start to stand out and do something alone, even if he/she will be ridiculed.  However, he/she  cannot start a movement.
It is important for starting a movement that a first  follower  has the courage to follow and  show others  how to follow.
A second follower comes. When its followers can gather more other followers, they can start' a movement.
◆Viewpoints&Discussion
1.What do you think is the difference between a leader and the first follower? Would you rather be a leader or a follower?
I think that a leader can start and do something alone. The first followers can gather many people and create a movement.
I'd rather be a leader, because I always start and do something alone and I don't have power which is to follow a leader and to call many friends or to show everyone else how to follow.
2.How can you assess the leaders of your country? Who is an inspiring leader for you?
We can assess the leaders of our country, when our country is growing or we feel happy with work.
It is important for us working people to grow economy. Thus, I think that there will be no longer good leaders.
3.If you were to be a first follower, what qualities of a leader will you follow? Why?
Qualities of a leader I'll follow should be smart. A person usually studies and learns something and reads many books and has a great passion for any work.
It's my ideal.
