The puzzle of motivation

TED
Dan Pink: The puzzle of motivation
Summary
If you want people to perform better, you will believe that you have to reward them with something which is bonuses or  commissions or some incentives.
Nowadays, it is often used in business scenes. However, this doesn't work from now. It was different between what science knows to what the business daes  but this has been being ignored.
The if-then reward that is "if you do this, then you get that" works really well where
there is  a simple set of rules and a clear destination to go to in small areas and it often destroy's creativity.  In 21 century, there are few of those works.
Creativity that people do something is created by autonomy, mastery and purpose.
The desire to do things because it matters, it is important, interesting and fun, and people like it.
Those intrinsic drive creates high performance, it isn’t rewards and punishments.
This new approach should be used in many scenes.
Using this can lead to companise to become stronger,  a lot of problems are solved easily, and maybe change the world also.
