1.How can autonomy help improve productivity in your company?
I think that autonomy will show excellent results not only in your company bur all companies. New creativity will be created without compliance.
2.If you can spend 20 percent time of your work on your own, what things will you come up with?
If I can spend 20 percent time of my work on my own, I want to go outside to find some good products.  No one knows what and where they are, I don't know whether I get something or not. Thus, it is difficult for this to use the usual time. However, it is important for me to create new goods.
3.Do you want to work in a company that is applying ROWE in their working system? Why or why not?
Yes, I do. Now, I work in my company that is almost applying ROWE in my working system.  I'm not able to think that I have to agree completely something or I can't speak anything I want or I'm forced by something. It's so boring.
