On the surprising science of motivation, Lesson5

TED
Dan Pink: On the surprising science of motivation, Lesson5
(The puzzle of motivation)
Summary Lesson5
The Wikipedia model is the easiest example to understand ROWE(Results only work environment ), because people do it for fun, interesting and something that causes intrinsic motivators.
No one gets paid a cent, or a Euro or a Yen. Do it because they like to do it.
Then, the best encyclopedia in the world is being created, so intrinsic motivation, autonomy, mastery and purpose won. These will be different fot many companies.
Many companies now use the rewards and motivators, but it's outdated and  it doesn't work well.
If-then rewards often destroy creativity.
The drive creates high performance, it isn't rewards and punishments.
It's done things for their own sake and cause they matter.
These intrinsic motivations are autonomy, mastery and purpose.
Using those, can lead companies to become strong,  a lot of problems are solved easily, and maybe can change the world too.

Our customers are glad to use our company's products and it motivates me to work.
And then, I can freely work, and I can do the work I love which is interesting, fun and important, and it motivates me.
I can know and learn many things I didn't know, and to be able to talk with you my teacher, those motivate me to study English.
3.How can you correct what science knows and business does in your company?
What business does, the rewards motivate people to work. It can be used for simple work in my company.
