Tim Ferriss 1 : Smash fear, learn anything

TED 2008
Tim Ferriss 1 : Smash fear, learn anything (transcript)
Summary
This time, what the speaker wants to tell us is that you shouldn’t seek the only efficiency to learn something. It's because it's not important how you do, but what you do something that you want to learn and it has to be effective for you.
This is the difference between being effective and efficient.
(between effectivity and efficiency.)
Effective means to do the right things and efficient means to do things well whether or not they're important. Typical explicit methods that experts recommend are efficient methods though it's not always effective for you.
You have to find implicit methods that no one does. It's because you are different from the others. There must be methods that really hit you in your life.
However, there is fear there because no one does,  therefore, everyone looks for methods from among methods that other people did. There is nothing there for you.
Let's smash fear to find your methods then you can learn anything effectively.

ps, I'm a Japanese woman and l think that he speaks Japanese fluently!!! Thus, this time, my sad news is that I don't speak English well and I’m looking for my method now, but my happy news is that he has been to Kinokuniya book store in Tokyo, Japan where my company products are sold. He might notice it !?
