Flowers open under the conditions such as good soil, water, and sunshine. When these matches, beautiful flowers can open. About education, it's equal. If there is a good environment of learning, the talents of children will be able to grow more. The speaker showed its three conditions: accepting diversity, making children have curiosity and developing creativity. If in the school, the relationships between teachers and learners are cherished more, there are a lot of innovation and teachers have the discretion, death school will be changed. The talents of children will flourish more like beautiful flowers can open. Now, education should be changed.
