Mucus is a thick liquid that is produced in some parts of your body. It is a very helpful secretion. A virus causes many illnesses. On the other hand, phages are a special kind of virus. It only infects and kills bacteria. When phages mixed with mucus cells in your body, it can protect your body against bacteria. Your bodies produce about a liter of mucus every day. Phages stick to mucus layers all throughout your body. By sticking there they work with your body to protect and control the bacterial community.
This is an important mechanism which is an immune system in your body to make you healthy and keep those harmful bacteria away. When you are a cold, the mucus that include in harmful bacteria is excreted from your body. It is called "runny nose"

When phages are a special kind of virus mixed with mucus cells in your body, it can protect your body against bacteria that causes many illnesses. It sticks to mucus layers all throughout your body. By sticking there they can control and select good bacterial and microbes to make your body better. 
3.What is the first thing that you do when you catch a cold?
The first thing that I do when I catch a cold is to take a medicen. I can have a good rest befor I can feel worse. I will  be able to finish my work and go to bed early.
