Paul McEuen and Marc Miskin : Tiny robots with giant potential

Paul McEuen and Marc Miskin·TED@NAS
Tiny robots with giant potential
Summary
I’ve heard that people can control about ten own robots in the next thirty years later. For example, you can open the door of your house without holding a key, You can turn on or off a TV or other devices without remote controls.

Now, when we imagine a robot, we think that it has eyes, legs, hands, etc. and it can move faster. However, the story explains that it's a hair’s width in size like a microorganism. It won’t have eyes and legs but it has the only brain. The speaker said that the technology that you need to build a tiny robot already exists and it tells us when we have (coronavirus) infections in 30 years. Of course, it's without application, it can live in our bloodstream. Wow!

Words in this story
potential / having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future
