Mel Robbins : How to stop screwing yourself over

Mel Robbins·TEDxSF
How to stop screwing yourself over
Summary
I love this kind of story!
To tell the truth, your feelings are screwing you! It’s because your brain can be described to have autopilot and emergency brake systems. When you try not to do your routine, those systems start working. Thus physical force is required to change your behavior. We have to use the word “FORCE” when we do what we want to do. We are luckily born in four hundred trillion and we can start it forcingly.

The speaker is a bestselling author, life coach, TV host, and CNN commentator. She published the book “The five-second-rule”. We can use this also.

P.S. First, l mistook “Screwing” for “screaming”! Hahaha

Words in this story
screwing, screw /verb/ fasten or tighten with a screw or screws(noun)
screaming /shouting, yelling
