The world says that the richest county is America because the number of GDP is the top always. However, the World Happiest Report announces that the happiest country is Finland for the second year in a row. Why?
What Finland is doing so well is having
a strong social safety net, 1)
a high-quality education system, 2)
a commitment to closing the gender gap. 3)
Those lead to success to less homeless, not to feel the gender gap and to spend with fathers and children more than mothers.

There are many countries which believe that economic growth will bring well being. However, it creates only anxiety, stresses and inequality.
The report suggests to cooperate with governments and individuals and to be able to make policies and strides of well being. Additionally, it says that in the country, the job of the government is to provide a higher quality of life for its citizens and citizens are responsible for what they choose.
My comments
I think that this is a great article to know how to make strides for other countries and it must be good news, though, people and the media use it to blame governments. Especially, it blames Trump and the Japanese prime minister. The Japanese version of this article focuses only on the rank of Japan and tells us that it's falling.
Being happy is not related to ranks and comparison with others.  It's important for everyone how to make an effort.
I hope strongly that Japan which is a good country should be more announced and Japanese people should have confidence in it.
