Wendy De La Rosa (transcript)
3 psychological tricks to help you save money
Summary
This is a big problem for us to save more and spend less every day for a long time. The speaker suggests that it'll be difficult for us to do it if we don't create psychological tricks by understanding our savings behavior. It turned out that environments around us impact our behavior hugely.
It’s that you try being in a little different environment where you can change your intentions.
Here are three tricks.
Knowing always your income and focusing our future self more than our present self. 1)
Committing what you want to do more specifically and financially. 2)
Decreasing small and frequent purchases more than big. 3) For examples, it's bank fees, coffee, snacks and so on.
We hope strongly to save big money quickly, though, the important thing is changing our environment a little and continuing. It's the same to study English and save money. For doing patiently, we can create our environments.
