Lorrie Faith Cranor at TEDxCMU (transcript)
What’s wrong with your pa$$w0rd?
Summary
This has been a really interesting and funny story because I could have known, probably you've known, that now people have problems with passwords frustratedly.
After all, the speaker tells us that we mustn't think that we want to find a password that we can easily remember and type because someone can guess our password easily.
Furthermore, she tells us that it’ll be better to write some passwords down on a paper more than to reuse one password many times.
I think that people’s frustration won't be reduced because it means that to guess easily 1) thus people will use fingerprint, face and eyes authentication 2) and people think how to recover will be better when they forget their passwords and how to stop sites if those are taken over, 3) the speaker didn't tell them, though.
We have to try to think about something that is not a happy thing when we create our passwords because the password will be guessed easily. This is the words the speaker told us at last.
It was also good for the spelling of the word "pa$$w0rd" to have humor.
