Hire the hackers
Summary
Indeed, the idea: hire the hackers is interesting because I don't have it.
Hackers love computers, knows a lot about computers, and they illegally break into computer systems. However, their skills are great. The speaker suggests that their skills should be used for legitimate industries, hackers just never know about a chance to work in the legitimate industries and we who are a side of employers have to understand that hackers are axiomatic and might preserve that little teensy wormhole.
Hope that all jobs can bring happiness in the world.
