Sara Sanford·TEDxSeattle
How to design gender bias out of your workplace
Summary
The talk is really strong because the speaker tells us that our situation about gender problems continuing inertial yet, it has to be breaking and we need to take a step beyond Me Too. Not only men but women and the design of companies have to change their own behavior.

For example, to stop asking gender before performing or interview 1) and to stop having criticism related to personality, 2) those make women’s performance worse.

Our workplaces need to be actively anti biased. It needs actively action because its bias is there unconsciously and always and rankly. If we don’t change anything, over 50 years, even over 100 years, we won’t face gender equality.
