Summary
Richard Branson is one of the most successful industrialists in the world and he is a multimillionaire.
Although he and his companies failed a lot, he said that the most important thing for growing big companies is to have a lot of fun and to turn the status quo upside down. It means to do something differently and to go and to shake up other industries. Then they can't be back in the market.
Only you have to move forward even if you are told that you are crazy. He didn't have a choice but he had to protect the jobs of the people who worked for his company. No one can't know your success because there is a very thin dividing line between success and failure.
When he was young, he learned that you can really run any companies if you can run one company.
In fact, Chris Anderson thought that business people were supposed to just be ruthless and it was the only way to succeed.
Chris is now an owner of TED though before he was an industrialist but he gave it up because he thought that and he struggled in his business.
However, Richard Branson answered that the best way to becoming a successful business leader is dealing with people fairly and well. He has done it and he said, " I'll be in a person to radically change other people's lives for the better and l want to feel that l' ve made a difference to other people's lives when l' m on my deathbed".
His story gave us inspiration and that's right, it would change our lives. He is still full of energy.
